IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THAT THIS IS A WELCOME, SAFE, PEACEFUL SPACE FOR ALL BEINGS.

As a guest at Hot Springs Glamp Camp (HSGP), I agree that EACH PERSON IN OUR PARTY ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEMSELVES, AND AGREES THAT HOT SPRINGS GLAMP CAMP WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ACCIDENT, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, not to hold liable, and not to sue HSGP, its owners, staff or other guests for loss, damage, injury or death. 

I agree to the following: to keep all areas (common or private) clean, and place trash in proper receptacles. 

I agree to respect quiet hours (9pm-8am). 

I agree to compensate HSGC for any damages that may occur to the property (accommodations, hot tubs, bathrooms, fixtures, or any other property of value) whether damages occur accidentally or through negligence.

SMOKING: CIGARETTE Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on property. There is a designated smoking area in alley.  Cannabis smoking is allowed onsite, in private outdoor spaces (NOT in common areas). NO SMOKING OF ANY TYPE allowed in any accommodations or indoors.  Smoking OF ANY TYPE occurs in accommodations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

PETS: I agree that pets will be kept on a leash at all times, will not be left unsupervised, and we agree to clean up all pet waste. No pets allowed in accommodations without approval, $25 pet fee applies if approved.

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised and with an adult while on property. Children are not allowed to use hot springs tubs unsupervised (adult must be in same tub, not adjacent). Families agree to be respectful of other guests and maintain the peace and quiet of Camp.

PHOTOS/VIDEOS: I understand that photos/videos may be taken on property during the time of my stay, and consent to the use of my image w/out compensation for social media and promo purposes.
